I’ve owned and operated the agency since 1992. I’m a proud father of three boys, have a wonderful wife and reside in Leawood, KS. I graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 1989 where I played on the golf team. I started my career with a captive insurance carrier and decided the best thing for our clients and myself was to transition to an independent agency.

Connor was born in Kansas City, Missouri but currently resides in Overland Park, Kansas. He was a student-athlete at Kansas State University as a member of the golf team. He graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Marketing as well as a certificate in Professional Strategic Selling.

After graduating from the University of Kansas, Corey currently resides in Overland Park, Kansas. Corey is dedicated to fostering a lasting relationship with clients. During his free time, Corey enjoys being outdoors playing golf, or spending time with family and friends at the lake.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a BS in Criminal Justice. Chris has 24 years experience in the insurance industry. He was born in Kansas City, MO and resides in Lee's Summit with his wife and two children. Chris enjoys golfing, fishing and the outdoors.

Charlie resides in Spring Hill with his wife, Susan. They are proud parents of two boys, and grandparents of one granddaughter. Charlie was born and raised in Monmouth, Illinois. He attended Bradley University on a golf scholarship. Charlie has 5 years of experience in the insurance business. Prior to insurance, he was in the golf business for 30 years, with 25 years of membership in the PGA of America. He led the golf operations at three KC area golf facilities: Meadowbrook CC, St. Andrews GC and Milburn CC as a 25-year member of the PGA of America. Charlie has a passion for customer service and enjoys family, friends, and all sports.

An alumni of Butler University, Doug came to Kansas City as District Sales Manager for Liberty Mutual Insurance. He served in a similar position with a large national agency before opening his own independent agency. He merged with Knabe Insurance in 2018 after 30 years in business.

Steve was born and raised in Raytown, MO. He has owned a real estate company and worked in the real estate industry since 1970. Steve served on the Raytown School board for nine years and as president of the board for one. He currently serves on the Raytown Police pension and retirement board.
